Would you like to take your riding to a new level and experience a deeper connection with your horse? Then don't miss this special approximately 3-hour workshop on September 6th in Andalusia!
This morning is all about the harmonious interplay between human and horse. Experience and understand the significance of your own physical flexibility and elasticity for a swinging, elastic riding style. Only a flexible, supple rider can enable a swinging horse's back and thus create a genuine, harmonious connection that truly feels like a shared dance across the dressage arena.
The workshop consists of about 90 minutes of practical work — without a horse — where you will physically experience how the harmonious interplay of tension and relaxation becomes possible muscular and fascial. This is complemented by approximately 45 minutes of theoretical content, providing you with the necessary background knowledge. Additionally, you will have the opportunity for in-depth exchange and asking questions.
Language: German with optional translation into Spanish or English depending on registrations

Hello. My name is Tina Möller. As a child, horses and movement drew me irresistibly, and I started with jazz dance and riding. Years later, I wanted to bring movement to people professionally, beginning my over 20-year career in fitness and health.
Working with people, teaching them, providing a balance to everyday stress, working on physiological movement patterns, helping them improve their execution, training, educating, and supporting — both professionally and personally — is my passion.
I love creating awareness of holistic connections and helping people understand and experience their own bodies in their complexity.
The knowledge and connection to my own body now also help me make time with my own Lusitano special. When riding becomes easy, when two bodies find a shared dance, swing together, and resistances can be released on both sides — these are the indescribable moments that make not only the rider but also the horse's heart beat faster.
There need to be more of these moments of connection in the dressage arena. For riders and horses. That’s why I look forward to working with you. Because we cannot expect more from our horse than we are willing to give ourselves.
