Hello all! Long time no see from your hosts here at Harmony College Midwest. We have some exciting announcements for our 2025 event!First and foremost, Harmony College Midwest will be taking place on March 21-22nd, 2025 at the Doubletree by Hilton in Bloomington, IL!
And now, what you’ve all been waiting for. . . Our 2025 HCM Guest Clinician and Quartet!
For our quartet, we have our hometown heroes: your 2018 International Champions, After Hours! But wait! Who’s that singing lead? Why it’s none other than our very own Eric Dalbey of Vocal Spectrum fame filling in for Drew Ochoa. While we will miss Drew dearly, we are extremely thankful to Eric for filling in with After Hours. We are STOKED to have them on our roster this year!
And for our head clinician, we have the one, the only, Patrick McAlexander! A lifelong barbershopper, Patrick is known throughout the Society for his talents as an exceptional arranger and MUS Judge. He previously served as assistant director and still serves as an in-house arranger for the 2022 International Chorus Champions, Music City Chorus. Since 2023, Patrick has served as the director of Space City Sound, a top 10 international chorus out of Houston, Texas, and is also the director of the 2024 SWD Most Improved Chorus, the Houston Tidelanders! He will be teaching classes, coaching, leading our HCM chorus, and more!
