A soft, unhurried evening awaits — a space where breath becomes a gentle tide and energy moves like light across still water. In this special offering of Yin Yoga, we’ll linger a little longer with the breath, letting pranayama guide us into deeper currents of balance, spaciousness, and quiet equanimity.
The room will be wrapped in sound as Sailor Martinez weaves live music through the practice, with Hannah adding her own subtle harmonies. Their music will rise and fall with the rhythm of our breath, creating a pulse that carries the body into ease and the mind into stillness.
To deepen the experience, we’ll share a sacred tea ceremony featuring Egyptian Blue Lotus and Mugwort — herbs long associated with clarity, intuition, and dreamlike calm. Each sip becomes an invitation to soften, to open, to drift inward.
Yin Yoga itself is a slow, meditative practice rooted in the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine. Postures are held for one to eight minutes, giving the body time to melt, the breath time to settle, and the mind time to arrive fully in the present moment.
Together, these elements create a sanctuary for restoration — a place to replenish what feels depleted, to smooth the edges of mind, body, and spirit, and to slip into a centered, luminous stillness.
