Importantly, these limbs provide us with a way to balance our internal and external worlds.
Please join us for an afternoon of learning about the 8 limbs of yoga and experiencing how they provide us with tools for reducing and managing stress. We will start with a discussion about the 8 limbs, followed by a 2-hour practice incorporating the 8 limbs, including alignment-based flow, yin postures, breath work and yoga Nidra. We will finish with meditation.
