Meet Michèle Melzer...
Michèle has been teaching regularly since 2016 when she completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa Krama (Basel). In 2018 she deepened her studies by taking an additional 25-Hour Training with Mark Stephens (USA) in Anatomy, Alignment and Adjustments. Michèle’s classes are rich and energetic flows that invoke healing, grounding and positive transformation. She especially loves to guide a deep Savasana, because that is the moment where the magic can really happen.
In addition to the yoga, Michèle brings a background and interest in Energetic Healing (Reiki), Meditation and Inka Shamanism. She weaves these insights into her yoga classes with the intention to guide you towards your own bliss and inner wisdom.
