Join us for a rejuvenating evening as we transition into fall with harmony and intention. The event begins with a 40-minute slow flow yoga session led by Sarah Ezzie (, designed to gently open and align your body. Following yoga, settle into an extended savasana with a 30-minute soothing sound bath facilitated by Lesley Turski of Cleveland Sound Healing, LLC. This immersive experience will help you release tension and embrace the calming energies of the season. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any props to ensure your comfort during the session. After the sound bath, enjoy light beverages provided by Sacred Vortex and explore the creative spaces within the Hildebrandt. Local artist Billy Ritter will have his ceramics on display and available for purchase.
This is a donation-based event with a suggested donation of $25, benefiting Providence House. Donations can be made in cash at the event or through http://provhouse.org.
