* Due to a last minute cancellation there is 1 space left. *This workshop is designed for people who want to be able to lead kiirtan on the harmonium, accompany other musicians, or play for personal enjoyment or spiritual practice. It is designed especially for those with little or no prior piano/ keyboard/ harmonium playing experience, but all are welcome.
As well as the basics of playing simple harmonium melodies and chords, the workshop will aim to give a deeper appreciation of music and kiirtan from both a western and eastern perspective, including music history, theory and philosophy.
10am- 4pm each day.
$250 for the weekend.
