This will be especially important for folks in the late 20s-early 40s range where hormone fluctuations are common (think, perimenopause, perinatal/breastfeeding, birth control changes, etc.)!!!
This workshop is ideal for anyone interested in understanding their body better, including those experiencing pelvic floor challenges like painful intimacy, incontinence, constipation, or pelvic pain related to ovulation/periods.
