An invitation to slow down, settle, and gently integrate the energy of the new yearAfter a sold-out Full Moon Sound Bath, this additional January offering has been opened by request for those who weren’t able to attend.
The opening weeks of a new year can feel tender, disorienting, or overstimulating.
Even with fresh intentions set, the nervous system may still be catching up.
After the momentum, noise, and emotional charge of the holidays and the New Year threshold, the body often needs time to land.
This Harmonic Reset Sound Bath is an invitation to slow down, settle, and gently integrate the energy of the new year—without forcing release or striving for change.
Rather than cleansing or purging, this evening is about harmonization: allowing your system to recalibrate through sound, stillness, and deep rest.
This session is designed to support nervous system regulation, grounding, and embodiment—helping you anchor into 2026 feeling calm, present, and resourced.
🌿 What to Expect
This 90-minute restorative experience includes:
✨ Grounding breathwork to arrive fully in your body
✨ Gentle somatic settling to calm the nervous system
✨ A deep, immersive sound bath using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, and chimes
✨ Harmonic frequencies to support regulation and balance
✨ Spacious integration time to rest and absorb
The intention of this evening is not to do more—but to allow your system to soften, reorganize, and return to its natural rhythm.
You may experience deep relaxation, emotional settling, mental quiet, or simply a sense of being held and supported.
You will leave feeling more grounded, steady, and embodied—rooted in the energy of the new year.
✨ Why Integration Matters
Integration is where real change takes hold.
After moments of release, intention-setting, or transition, the body needs time to stabilize and absorb what has shifted.
This sound bath supports you in:
• calming an overstimulated nervous system
• grounding after the intensity of the holidays and New Year
• settling emotional and mental residue
• embodying intentions rather than forcing them
• creating a stable inner foundation for the year ahead
Integration allows clarity to deepen and alignment to last.
🧘♀️ What to Bring
Please bring:
• a yoga mat or padded mat
• blanket(s) — more than one is encouraged
• pillow or bolster
• eye mask (optional)
• socks or slippers (the floor can be quite cool)
• water
Wear warm, comfortable layers. Most guests choose to lie down for the duration of the session.
The hall is an older, large space and can feel cooler—especially in colder weather. For maximum comfort, bringing a mat and a blanket to lie on top of is recommended. Many guests prefer thicker camping or padded mats rather than standard yoga mats.
