This is a monthly event, on the first Tuesday of the month.Each month we'll explore a new chakra - building awareness, balance, and inner alignment.
This month, we begin at the base—the Root Chakra, your center of safety, stability, and connection to the Earth. Through deep tones, grounding rhythms, and immersive soundscapes, you’ll be guided to release fear, plant intention, and feel fully supported.
Arrive a bit early to claim your spot. Bring your yoga matt(s), blankets, pillows, water bottle and journal if you like to reflect. It's about being comfortable.
What we will be doing:
• Opening Chakra Talk – A brief, insightful introduction to the Root Chakra: its emotional and energetic role, signs of imbalance, and ways to restore harmony
• Guided Meditation & Breathwork – Grounding practices to settle the nervous system and prepare the body for sound healing
• Intentional Sound Bath – A rich tapestry of tones using crystal bowls, drums, chimes, and other instruments—each played with the intention of supporting Root Chakra alignment
• Group Resonance – Shared energy amplifies healing; feel supported by the collective field
• Integration & Reflection – Gentle closing with optional journaling, tea, or quiet space to absorb the journey
You will be here the sounds and vibrations from brass singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and more.
Each first Tuesday of the month; 6pm to 8pm; $37/person at 2041 Harvey Ave (upstairs in the Apple Blossom Room at the Kelowna Event Centre).
