Dear Harlem Strong Family,
We hope you're having a fantastic summer!
We are excited to invite you to the upcoming Harlem Strong MCC3 Kickoff and Orientation. This in-person event will take place on Tuesday, July 30th, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Please register by Thursday, July 25th, 2024 for logistical purposes. Breakfast and lunch will be served.
Together, we'll explore our Harlem Strong program, define your roles as navigators, establish collaborative systems using our team-based model, and explore what provider self-care looks like and how to prevent provider burnout. Our Harlem Strong navigator team from the MCC2 cohort are also invited to join us! We look forward to seeing you all there!
