The next Hardware Road Synth Meet will be on Tuesday the 19st of November 7-9pm in Howlers Theatre room. (Back room)Entry is FREE!
Every synth lover in Naarm is welcome to join us for a chat about synths, drink, eat and tickle our eardrums with new sounds.
Prepare your belly for some treats and ears for beats, drones and filter sweeps!
This Hardware Road synth meet is being brought to you by Korg Australia & Noisegate. We will have a range of the latest and greatest from Korg for everyone to play and nerd out on, as well as some interesting historical Korg instruments.
The highlight of the night being the recently announced KORG Multi/Poly, inspired by the original Mono/Poly revealed and demoed by Lachlan Powell.
If that was not enough for you, how about a giveaway? A Korg NTS-3 Kaoss Pad Kit will be given away on the night for the best classic Korg brought in on the night.
As per our usual meet, you can still bring a synth to share.
Extra points if it's a classic Korg!
Feel free to play with all the synths in the room, except for live jam setup (should be in the middle of the room).
There is a strictly "no drink over synths" policy.
Unless it's your synth, in which case it's at your own risk!
Note it's 'burger night' at Howler. Good quality too.
If you do plan on bringing a synthesizer (of any description) please get in touch so we make sure there is ample table space.
If you do bring a synth, also bring a pair of headphones please.
If you are bringing a synth, also please DM Age Rachele.
Those who are not bringing synths, also feel free to bring your own pair of headphones to use, if that makes you more comfortable.
Any questions feel free to DM Age Rachele.
See you there.
Hardware Synth meet is a safe space. Zero tolerance on discrimination, harassment or any other emotional or physical harm.
Hardware Road acknowledging the traditional owners of the land on which we will be meeting, and to the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
Thanks again to Kevin for organising and Howler for providing the space.
You are both doing the Naarm synth community a great service.
