About this Event

Kyle Ayers' (Conan, Comedy Central) comedy show about living in pain. Kyle jokes about his life living with Trigeminal Neuralgia, aka Suicide Disease, and how laughing at it helps when nothing else worked. Fresh off of an award-nominated run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

A comedy show about Trigeminal Neuralgia, aka ‘Suicide Disease’, chronic pain, brain surgery, pills, experiments, and when none of that works. It seems like we're all carrying around some sort of invisible weight, or something to the sort. Kyle copes by laughing at his. Kyle makes light of having Trigeminal Neuralgia, a rare nerve disorder known as Suicide Disease. Inherently already a funny topic, I know.
Fresh of his Best Newcomer Nomination at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival (ISH Edinburgh Comedy Awards, Long-Listed) Kyle performs his show about his experience living with the disease, getting misdiagnosed for years, getting brain surgery, the successful brain surgery eventually wearing off, and what life looks like when you may have tried everything and nothing works. God, I hope it's funnier than this description. The show earned Kyle a feature in the Daily Telegraph and Sunday Post during his Edinburgh run (print and digital).
️️️️️ reviews at Edinburgh Fringe from ScotsUp, Pow! Showbiz, Neurodiverse Review, and️️️️ from The Comic's Comic, Broadway Baby, One4Review, and praised by Chortle, The List, and more!
