Registration details:
* Registrations open now and close Thursday, 9 October 2025, 12:00 pm.
* Late entries accepted on the day with a $15 fee
* Race Day Registration: Saturday, 11 October, 1:00–3:00 pm at the Grandstand foyer (access via Hockey field entrance, look for TriHB flags)
* Race Day Briefing: 8:40 am | Triathlon start time: 9:00 am
Trophies to be won:
* Heretaunga Women’s Centre Trophy: Fastest individual in the Long Triathlon
* Amanda Meynell Memorial Trophy: Fastest team in the Long Triathlon
* Youth Trophy: Top individual under-20 in the Long Triathlon
* Harcourts Emergency Services Trophy: Best emergency services team in the Long Triathlon
All entry fees directly support the Heretaunga Women’s Centre, helping fund programmes, workshops, and essential services for wāhine in Hawke’s Bay
