BAROLO WINE-POACHED PEAR | Parmesan and thyme cracker, preserved lemon whipped ricotta, pomegranate, candied walnuts, prosciutto dust. Paired with Campo al Mare Vermentino di Bolgheri.

GRILLED PLANT CITY STRAWBERRY SALAD | Baby greens, radicchio, European cucumber radish, pickled red onion, Sicilian pistachio, macerated white balsamic dressing, goat cheese snow, strawberry crisp. Paired with Stella Rosa Rosé Prosecco V.S.

LOBSTER RAVIOLI | Blue crab, sherry cream sauce, Grana Padano cheese, lobster oil, fried tarragon. Paired with Giovanni Rossa Etna Bianco 2023.

BRASATO VITELLO | Slow-braised veal shoulder, honey-braised root vegetables, Beech mushrooms, smoky pomodoro sauce. Paired with Viberti Nebbiolo 2022.

SMOKED DUCK BREAST | Purple cabbage brined duck breast, winter squash purée, spiced blueberry compote, toasted pecan gastrique, micro mint. Paired with Banfi Chianti Classico Riserva 2021.
