About this Event
This workshop is designed to provide parents with practical and natural tools to support their children’s well-being during the winter season. Through the Aromatouch Hand Technique, the use of essential oils, and simple morning routines, participants will learn how to encourage restful sleep, calm emotions, and create a more balanced daily environment at home. In addition, we will explore how certain essential oils can naturally support the immune system, helping protect children against seasonal colds and flu. Each participant will receive a sample essential oil to immediately put into practice what they have learned. The goal is to strengthen family routines, prevent common winter discomforts, and foster meaningful moments of connection between parents and children while caring for their health and overall well-being.
