You are expected to meet at the Beaver Stadium lot 31 off Park Ave. Download app 'ParkMobile' to pay for parking at the stadium. You are to meet at the stadium 1 hour before your expected ride time. For example, if you pick ride at 7am you need to be at the stadium at 6am.
Carpooling will work as follows: If you have a bike rack or ability to transport bikes you will be asked to transport bikes and people up to Bald Eagle. Some cars will be remain at Beaver Stadium while others transport people and bikes to bald eagle. A volunteer will be there to help organize cars and get riders loaded up to go to Bald Eagle. Once riders return to Stadium there will be a volunteer present to wait with bikes as others drive back to bald eagle to get the cars that were left at bald eagle. We ask that you budget time to help with the car pooling system.
The ride will have 1-2 aid stations provided plus other goodies. Aid stations may include: snacks, bottle refills, endurance drinks, endurance fueling (all goodies & sponsors will be announced closer to date). This ride will not be sagged but will have the aid stations and help with transportation. Depending on the number of riders that sign up for each time slot there might be a staggered start to not create too much traffic. Also the roads will not be closed and this a ride at your own risk event.
The event is free however we are asking for donations: All Funds will be given to the Rise Up Racing Scholarship Fund
