Featuring work from 2020 MFA graduates of The Glasgow School of Art, Happy Tide Will Flood Again includes: new drawing, painting and sculpture from Ragini Chawla; new film and objects by Fionn Duffy; a new total installation by Ayla Dmyterko; new painting work by Sooun Kim; new drawings and photographs by Ali Lotz; new installation by Lillian Ross-Millard; a video work by NNNull; new sculpture from Emilie Peyre Smith; new sculpture from Ned Pooler; a new installation from Rodrigo Nava Ramírez; new video installation by José Carlos Rivera; a new film by Wei Zhang; and painting and photography by Lars Schmidt who graduated in 2020 from the MLitt Fine Art Practice (Performance pathway).

Location:
5 Florence Street is located near Glasgow Green. There is limited on street parking. The closest train stations are Glasgow Central and High Street, the nearest subway station is Bridge Street, all 15-20 minute walk to venue. For bus routes from Ingram St in city centre, take buses 6, 7a, 21 or 75 to Citizens Theatre, then a 5-10 minute walk to venue. The venue is close to National Cycle Route 75 and there are bike racks outside venue to secure bikes to.
The main entrance to 5 Florence Street has three steps with no handrail. A temporary wheelchair ramp can be placed by staff for wheelchair access. There are a further three steps in lobby where staff can place ramp for wheelchair access. The exhibition is located across all 3 floors of the building, there are stairs and a lift. The venue has a private car park which can be used for accessible parking only by arrangement. Please contact [email protected] with access requirements.

Please book one ticket for each person attending for your preferred visitor slot of 30mins. If you wish to extend your visit you are welcome to book multiple time slots.
