Join us next Thursday, February 27th from 1 PM to 4 PM at our Oakland location to wish Jim Sisler a wonderful retirement! Jim started with us in 1994, and from day one, he has been an essential part of our team. As the main man at the grinder and mixer, he was responsible for making the feed that kept everything running smoothly. His attention to detail and expertise in his work made him the go-to person for all things related to feed production.
Beyond the grinder, Jim’s skills extended to the maintenance of the fertilizer buggies and the mill area, ensuring that the equipment was always in top condition and ready for action. While he did mix fertilizer from time to time, his true calling was always at the grinder, where he spent most of his time, never truly able to step away because his work was that crucial to the operation.
Jim’s commitment, hard work, and reliability over the years have been unmatched. He’s truly been the backbone of this team, and we are incredibly grateful for everything he’s done.
