Hey mamas! I’m starting a 6-week mama + baby village called Happy Little Beginnings right here at The Rejuvenated Mama in Johnson City. Our first group starts October 1st for babies born in July, August, and September. It’s a safe, supportive space to talk postpartum, infant sleep, health, and what to expect in these early months—with guest speakers, support from other moms, and even interactive tummy time for the little ones.We only have 8–10 spots for this first round, and founding mamas get the whole 6 weeks for $150.
