Happy Kids Yoga camp is a unique opportunity for your child to experience Yoga and other healthy activities in a fun way!This day camp will run from July 11-15
1:00PM-4:00PM
In addition to practicing Yoga and Meditation each day we will:
*Have fun playing Yoga games
*Learn new breathing techniques to help with relaxation and mental focus
*Do a craft each day
*Spend time outdoors (weather permitting)
**Camp t shirt included!**
Healthy Snacks will be provided and if your child needs a minute to chill during ANY time of day we have a relaxation station!
