A fun, relaxing class for all experience levels. You will make an 11” x 14” floral painting using the acrylic paint pouring/swipe technique, while relaxing with complimentary wine and snacks. You will also learn:• What ingredients are mixed with acrylic paints to produce different effects such as lacing and cells.
• The different acrylic pouring methods and the tools used
• How color combinations effect the look of your painting and how the paints interact
• How to get rid of bubbles in the painting for a smooth finished product
• How to finish your paintings with a protective coating
Demonstrations will be done to show you the techniques, then you will be able to pick your colors and give it a try!
A great way to make your own abstract art and develop your own style. All materials are supplied, wear clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on or bring a protective shirt or apron.
