About this Event
Happy Hour Yoga is an informal yoga class designed to be a safe space to work on health and wellness goals. Focusing on strength, flexibility, and balance, students will learn basic postures, mini-flows, and drills. Note, this class is not restorative.
Class is heated around 85 degrees. Bring a bottle of water, a towel if needed, and a yoga mat. Yoga mats can be rented for $5.
When you come to the studio, remove your shoes at the door, and place your belongings in the cubbies. You will be checked in at the door.

(Mota Thai Yoga is located at 416 W. Huron Street. We are located in downtown Ann Arbor next to the railroad tracks. Free parking in our parking lot. Look for the black door marked 22 with a red Mayan calendar.)
