About this Event
The Colorado chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier is thrilled to host Dana Cowin, an esteemed writer, editor, podcaster and overall wonderful human, for a happy hour chat and signing event. Join us as journalist Linnea Covington speaks with Dana about her decades of experience editing Food & Wine magazine, hosting “Speaking Broadly” on Heritage Radio Network, the creation of her culinary zine of the same name, and all of the other fun things she has been up to in her storied career. She will take questions after the brief Q&A, and then sign her zine, which comes with the ticket price.
Also expect a complimentary snack buffet and a cash bar for any coffee or cocktails. There will be more copies of the zine for sale, in case you want to stock up!
Proceeds from the event go straight to the Les Dames scholarship fund, which supports women studying in the food, beverage and hospitality industry. This is a one-time opportunity to meet and talk with a New York City icon and experton all things food, media, and restaurants.
