Roxborough's annual holiday celebration returns to Ridge Avenue with lively music, twinkling lights, and more! The party will kick off in the Roxborough Pocket Park at 5:00 PM on Friday, December 6th. Attendees will enjoy hot cocoa from New Ridge Brewing Co. before the annual tree lighting at 5:30 PM accompanied by live music from Philadelphia's own Academy of Vocal Arts (AVA). Colleen and Philip D'Agnostino (co-owners of Eremita Cafe and Poppy & Bean, and winners of the 2024 Roots of Roxborough Award) with preside over the tree lighting.
The festivities will return to the Pocket Park and Ridge Avenue on Saturday, December 7th. Enjoy a classic Holiday Market (spread across the Roxborough Pocket Park, Ridge Avenue, and RoxyHall Bistro at 6139 Ridge Avenue), complimentary warm beverages and s'mores at our make-your-own-s'mores station, and a visit from Elsa before santa pulls up in the fire truck at 3:00 PM. Santa will take free photos with families from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
