Join Maureen for a specialised Warming Hip Mobility Workshop designed to help you reclaim your range of motion and find ease in your body, support better posture and ease tightness. This immersive session combines two powerful approaches to movement. - Deep Release: We will move through long, supported static holds using a variety of props to release tight muscles connective tissues and fascia. This practice allows time for the lower back and hips to gently soften and release stored tension.
- Dynamic Spiral Sequencing and functional mobility. You’ll explore new ways of gliding in and out of rotations in lunges, squats, and twists targeting the upper and lower back release, hip mobility and hamstring flexibility.
Some yoga experience is useful but modifications will be given to accommodate all levels.
