In this playful workshop we will cover basic anatomy for these regions of the body to gain a better understanding of our own unique anatomical structure and how to support our individual needs. We’ll flow deeply in a yang style to create heat and length through the back line of the body as well as the full circumference of the hip. We’ll also rest into yin style postures to target the joints and connective tissues. Throughout the workshop we will utilize props to support all levels of practice.This workshop is offered at Asheville Community Yoga. $45, with financial aid available.
