Did you know that where you feel recurring pain or stiffness is not usually where the problem is? That’s why we can waste so much time and money trying to get rid of pain, but it just keeps coming back. Join us for a six-week series exploring where your low back or hip pain is coming from, and introducing gentle techniques to create lasting change. This is how the biggest shifts can be made. Join this series for a weekly MELT Method class along with a recording to use between classes so you can continue your practice at home.*This class includes a small MELT ball we will use to wake up your feet. You will receive a ball with a matching pouch for personal use during and between sessions.
Optional Materials: MELT Soft Roller, MELT Method Book, Elastic Band (you can purchase these if you’d like to have your own to use at home between classes). We will provide a handout with links to purchase these materials in the first class.
