About this Event
How to support your gut
If you have answered yes to any of the above, then this event is for you. Juliet will share helpful information and tools to support your digestive health and improve your overall well-being with nutrition and lifestyle tips and also EFT 'Tapping'.
What happens in the gut doesn't stay in the gut; imbalances can affect our hormones, skin, immunity and mental health. The mind and gut are connected and it is important to support both, which is why as well as learning how to suport your digestive system, Juliet will do some EFT tapping with you to help calm your nervous system. This is a tool you can subsequently do yourself to effectively manage your stress on a day to day basis.
The talk will be hosted by experienced Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach, Juliet Goodwin, who in her clinic, supports clients with a myriad of gut & digestive problems.
Juliet is also an EFT Practitoner, EFT or 'Tapping', is a mind-body therapy that draws on the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) practice of acupuncture, and it is used today as a self-help approach in modern psychology. It involves tapping key acupressure points (acupoints) on the hands, face, and body with your fingertips while focusing on uncomfortable feelings or physical symptoms. It is very effective at reducing anxiety, pain and distress, so is a great tool for helping gut issues.
This in-person event will be held at Colets Health & Fitness in Thames Ditton, UK. Don't miss out on this opportunity to discover the key to a happy tummy! There will be gut health goodies too!
