Our Sensory-Friendly Theatre brings the 2025 season to a close with a specially adapted screening of the animated musical "Happy Feet".📽 In this remarkable movie, we meet Mumble the Emperor penguin, who cannot sing the "Heartsong" needed to find his mate but discovers his true talent in tap dancing. Ostracized for being different, Mumble sets out to prove that what makes you different can also be your greatest strength.
Fidget and stress-sensory toys will be available for children to borrow during the movie screening, and a private relaxing area located in the UCPAC cafe will be available in case breaks are needed. Professional Autism specialists will be on-site throughout the performance to provide assistance if needed.
