We would like to congratulate the UAE leaders and all its citizens & residents on the 50th UAE National Day. We are proud to be part of this dynamic and diverse country!To reinforce local traditions and values, the school will celebrate UAE National Day
on Monday, 29th of November.
Students can come to school in UAE National Dress or clothing that represents the Military or UAE Flag colors. Please note any other type of dress should be avoided as this is
specifically for national day celebrations. We assure you that all the safety protocols will be
followed by students and staff while we celebrate this big day.
Details of the National Day Celebration are as follows:
On 29th November NAS will open for students from 7:30 am till 1:10 pm. Parents can pick their
children from 1:10 pm from their designated gates as below only for 29th November. Students
will engage in preparing for the celebrations in collaboration with teachers and faculty members.
Parents are welcome to join the students, however, to comply with the current COVID 19 protocols
we humbly request you to stick to the given timings.
Kindergarten: Parents for KG students will be able to join their children from 7:45 am – 8:45
am. Entry and exit will be from gate 3 ONLY.
Elementary: Parents for Elementary students will be able to join their children from 8:45 am –
9:45 am. Entry and exit will be from gate 4 ONLY.
Middle & High school Girls: Parents for middle and high school girls will be able to join them
from 10:00 am – 11:00 am. Entry and exit will be from gate 1 ONLY.
Middle & High school Boys: Parents for middle and high school boys will be able to join them
from 11:15 am – 12:15 pm. Entry and exit will be from gate 5 ONLY.
Students will have the whole day celebration and parents will be able to join them during the
mentioned slots only to ensure all safety protocols are met.
Although we will be celebrating the national day during regular school hours, students will be
given a specific time slot to participate in the national day celebrations. This is to keep in mind all
safety protocols and directions are met provided by the authorities. Parents who have children in
different phases would only visit their children at the designated time to avoid overcrowding so
that they can enjoy the experience with their children. If you have children in more than one
phase, you are requested to visit them per the given timing above so that we can ensure that
all safety protocols as set by KHDA and DHA are fully followed.
All students, parents, and staff members are cordially invited to participate in the national day
celebration. We hope you can join us! We have designed the event based on parent suggestions
and full student involvement, which reflect the coming together to celebrate and the involvement
of all the stakeholders.
There will be food stalls; however, all food will be packed and distributed as per the directions
given by the authorities. Parents have the option of sending food items that are packed in small
containers with their children, if they choose to do so.
We, please ask you all to follow guidelines for using social distancing and hygiene protocol.
Kindly note that you will be requested to provide your vaccination document from the
Alhosn App at the entrance. If you are not vaccinated, you must provide a negative PCR
taken within the last 48 hours via the Al Hosn app as well. We apologize in advance if you
cannot provide the required documents at the gate; you will not be permitted to enter the school
premises.
