Our students (new, present, and past), their families, and their friends are ALL invited to our 1st ANNIVERSARY PARTY on OCTOBER 2, 2025 @ 6pm.- This will be a POT-LUCK EVENT. You may bring any dish your heart desires. Whether it is from your culture, from a restaurant, pre-made from the grocery store, water bottles, juice boxes, paper plates and cutlery - whatever you'd like. WE ASK YOU TO MAKE A LABEL WITH THE DISH NAME AND WHAT MAY BE IN IT DUE TO ALLERGIES. If you are bringing a SPICY or VEGETARIAN dish, please label it as such. We will have labels here - just in case you forget.
- We will supply our Anniversary cake, however, if you are not a fan of cake, please feel free to bring a different dessert to share as part of the pot-luck.
- This will be a FUN GAMES NIGHT. We will have multiple board games set-up for everyone to play. If your family has a favourite game, please bring it in.
- This group will be our exclusive way of communicating. Please add your family and friends to this event so we can communicate with EVERYONE.
- There will be NO TAEKWONDO CLASSES ON THIS DAY. Please come dressed in whichever attire you'd like. Wear your best dress. Wear your comfy joggers. Come as you are :)
- If you have any birthday / anniversary decorations that you are willing to let us borrow/have, that would be AMAZING. ***NO BALLOONS OR ANYTHING LATEX PLEASE DUE TO ALLERGIES***
- If you would like to help us set-up for this event, please let us know. We would like you here for 5:00pm or a bit later to help. We would also like assistance with the take-down of the event - which shouldn't take long at all.
- WE ALWAYS HAVE A LOT OF FOOD LEFT OVER FROM OUR POTLUCKS. Please bring a container or ziplock bags if you would like to take some food home.
