JUDGING
For a deep quality judging pool, first tournament novices will not count towards team judge obligations. We will break up teams if we have to and missing judges will incur a fine of $80. If n is the number of teams you would like to bring, your number of accompanying judges must be (n-1)/2, rounded up.
A judge must be available for all prelim rounds or incur a $16/round fee. This means you can check in different judges for different rounds, as long as the number for each meets the obligation.
MISCELLANEOUS
FOOD: Dinner on Friday + breakfast & lunch on Saturday. Vegan options available, please list other dietary restrictions on the school registration form.
HOUSING: Harvard APDA guarantees crash. Please fill out the form above, and be prepared to sleep on various floors.
TRANSPORTATION: Parking around Harvard is expensive and annoying. We recommend parking at Alewife Station and taking the train to get to Harvard’s campus.
