On the nose, a feast crafted by Chef Sean Connolly flows through the restaurant, with flavours to perfectly match Han's vintages. Taste a rare pour of Arneis, a wine that almost never leaves Italy, a drop of Montepulciano from gnarled old vines, and finish with a liquid-gold Botrytis Riesling.
