On May 3, 2025 let your kids run loose around the Hanwell Community Centre, chasing a hot dog. The course is roughly a kilometer long and (grand)parents/caretakers are encouraged to run with their kiddos. Hotdog is not to be eaten though. ;-)The run is free; you just have to sign a waiver to be able to participate. After the run there will be a little reward for the kids and some snacks too, sponsored by Giant Tiger on Smythe!
All kids from 3-10 years old can participate, but we will not make a big deal if a 2 or 11 year old wants to participate; full responsibility for the kiddos remain with the parents/caretakers!
Registration is from 11:30 - noon inside the Community Centre.
Run starts at noon!
