About this Event
Learn to make the crispiest Latkes ever and other Hanukkah favorites during this hands-on class in our beautiful Larder classroom. Our instructor will be Lauren Feldman, an accomplished chef with 30 years of experience cooking in San Francisco, Italy, and Seattle, who served as the Pastry Chef for Campagne and Cafe Campagne before opening the notable Vif Wine|Coffee and Petite Soif wine bars in Seattle. During this hands-on class, she will teach us how to make: Latkes with applesauce and creme fraiche; stuffed cabbage rolls filled with beef, lamb, onions, raisins, herbs and Hawaiij (a Yemeni Spice blend); and, apricot-walnut Rugelach. Learn a few new techniques, all while enjoying classic flavors that are sure to speak of holidays, hearth, and home.
