Bare root plants are sold dormant with the roots exposed (not potted) and must be kept moist until planting occurs. Because of the nature of bare root plants, they are only available in the early spring (April 26th to approximately May 11th) and may sell out quickly.
We have a wide selection of ornamental shrubs (hydrangeas, lilacs, spirea, forsythia, willow), shade trees (maples, flowering crabs, tree form hydrangeas, Japanese tree lilacs, birch, serviceberry), native shrubs, apple trees, plums, pears, cherries, rhubarb, strawberries and asparagus.
New for 2025: We are shifting away from bare root blueberries, grapes and raspberries and now offering them as Jumpstart 5.5" pots. We have new variety options offered as well. These rooted plants will give customers a jumpstart on growth and better success in establishment.
