We have a treat for everyone September 12th , because that’s when Hannah Jane Kile and her band join us at Theater 5150! She’s formerly one-third of the highly acclaimed Dear Darling and currently one of the creative forces behind Solabel, but that’s only part of the story. Hannah is an accomplished singer-songwriter who possesses enviable guitar chops (she’s been described as “a player who sings, rather than a singer who plays”) and a classically trained soprano that’s one of the most beautiful we’ve ever heard - really! Her songwriting blurs genres, as her influences range from Porter Wagoner, Dolly Parton, Billie Holiday and Ella Fitzgerald, to Bonnie Raitt and Adele. Her musical attitude moves from confessional to sassy and back, sometimes in the same song. She’s opened for Patty Griffin, Ingrid Michaelson, Carolyn Wonderland and many others. This is one you do not want to miss!Doors open at 7 pm and the music starts at 8. 100% of proceeds from ticket sales go to the performers. We'll have some complimentary food and drinks while they last and we always love it when guests bring food and drinks for all to share. We ask that you get here with plenty of time to spare so you have time to get something to eat and drink and we won't have to seat anyone during the set. We can't wait! Tickets are $35 per person and you can get them using the Humanitix link. See you then!
