Join us Catalpa wellness on Saturday, February 8, for a unique and meditative crafting experience.
In this three hour workshop will create beautiful hanging pieces, each personalized with items that hold special meaning to you – be it a memory of a loved one, joyful moments from your past are charms symbolizing your future intentions.
This process is Aiken to building a vision board, setting your intention, and serves as a meditation in itself.
We will begin with a short meditation to send to ourselves and set our intentions for the session
I will supply all the yarns, ribbons, beads, etc., but please bring anything you want to add to it
