About this Event
Newcastle's new Handyside Arcade Alternative is located in the spacious atrium of Newcastle City Library. The market takes its name from Newcastle's original Handyside Arcade and home of Newcastle's sub cults.
With a fantastic array of stalls selling vintage clothing and accessories, vinyl, art, crafts, alternative clothing, jewellery you will be sampling the best of our North East creatives. And forget that old image of libraries being stuffy places, we have our resident Club a'Gogo and GIMME SHELTER DJ playing the best of Indie, Mod, Punk, Ska and 60s sounds on vinyl, filling the Atrium with music! So come along and support you local creatives, we can't wait to see you!
