Come join a fun handstands & partner acrobatics workshop!
After the success of the previous workshop Lauren & Bea are excited to be presenting another Intermediate 'Handstands on a base' workshop in Brighton! Fusing together our passions of handstands & acroyoga this will be a continuation of the last workshop and not a repeat - we have lots of more tricks and would also like to share some hand 2 hand with you!
Friday August 2nd 6-8pm in St Ann's wells gardens
The workshop will feature a warm-up, handstand conditioning, partner exercises, inversions and a cool down. We will teach some fun tricks, working in teams of 3, rotating, as base, flyer and spotter - you can sign up as individual and we make groups on the day.
Bring a yoga mat & come and join a fun filled Friday evening full of laughter and lifting!

PRE-REQUISITE
You will benefit the most from this workshop if you're able to hold a 20 second handstand against the wall or with a spotter. For bases, you need to be able to base star, bird on hands & foot to hand confidently.

ABOUT THE TEACHERS:
Lauren is a playful teacher, who is keen to share her love for AcroYoga. She is also a RYT300 Yoga teacher, who has taught Yoga in the UK & India. She currently teaches weekly yoga and AcroYoga classes in Brighton, workshops in the UK and Europe, and updates her experience at Acrobatic conventions.
Béa is a hand-balancer who graduated from the Centre Regional des Arts du Cirque in Lille & has spent the last two years training handstands intensively with Yaqin Deng, a renowned handstand and contortion teacher from China. She strives to make the handstand learning process fun and enjoyable!
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 7 or more days prior to the start of the event will be issued a refund less an administrative fee of £5.
No refunds, and no credits for cancellations within 7 days of workshop start date but you can transfer your spot to a friend.
No refunds or credits for failure to complete the workshop. If we have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances we will offer a refund and/or reschedule.
