Leanne will guide you through proper handstand techniques, alignment, and drills to help you build strength and confidence. You'll learn how to safely kick up into a handstand and find balance.

- Can you comfortably hold a handstand against a wall for at least 30 seconds?
- Can you reliably kick up into a handstand and safely fall out?
- This workshop is suitable for over 18's only
What will I learn?
- The correct alignment needed for balancing.
- How to increase your stamina to help you stay upside down for longer.
- Flexibility and mobility drills to improve your chance of pressing to a handstand.
- How to safely walk on your hands.
- Drills to build the skills to do strict and kipping handstand push-ups.
