About this Event
The second of a four part series, this workshop touches on a deeper level of learning to do a handstand. Inside this series, you’ll explore:
•Your mindset
•Your mobility and strength
•Your foundation
This series will give you the tools and techniques you need to build a strong foundation for your handstand practice. Marisa will assist you to find the correct alignment and learn how to warm up for handstands to keep your body safe. Throughout class, you will also improve body awareness, balance, strength and flexibility in your handstand practice.
There will be various progressions offered throughout the workshop for those who have experienced the workshop before. These will assist you to feel more confident upside down using different leg variations along with becoming more comfortable using the hands to balance. ”
