Join us for our Handstands Mini-Camp! This is a week-long event that runs from Monday to Friday, with sessions taking place from 2pm to 4pm each day. Whether you're a beginner or looking to perfect your technique, our expert instructor will guide you through the fundamentals of handstands. Learn how to balance, control your movements, and gain the strength and confidence you need to do a perfect handstand!This Mini-Camp is recommended for ages 7 and up. While no prior experience with handstands is required, familiarity with cartwheels or other basic gymnastic moves is beneficial. Being comfortable going upside down with weight on hands is a requirement. It's not about the age as much as the skills, determination, and willingness to learn that will make participants successful in this camp.
Meet the Instructor: Molly Courtney
Molly Courtney is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the world of gymnastics, cheerleading, acrobatics, and fitness training. With 10 years as a competitive gymnast, an NCAA cheerleader, and performing as a professional acrobat, Molly brings a unique blend of skills to her teaching. She holds a BS degree in Exercise Science and is a certified Personal Trainer, EXOS Performance Specialist, and Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. With 25 years of coaching experience and the owner of The Movement Park, Molly is dedicated to helping individuals improve their strength, balance, and agility in fun and unique ways.
