JOIN THIS PLAYFUL CLASS starting with a flowy sequence of movement warming up your entire body and challenging your core. We then open the space for your personal handstand practice, where you can ask for inspiration, exercises and spotting from the teacher, but certainly also each other, sharing experiences, tips and trust. All levels are more than welcome. Please join online from a place where you have a wall nearby suited for practicing handstand on.
