Learn how to do a handstand in a safe and effective way! Handstand level 1 is focusing on preparing the body and mind to recognize the correct body positioning and working on the key muscle group that builds up strength and mobility for your handstand.
Each session is structured to include: a full-body warm-up, strength, and mobility training followed by spotting techniques, drills, and progression. Students can expect to gain more confidence and slowly build a solid foundation for their handstand practice.
The course is suitable for students who both complete NEW to handstand training or who have a few experiences but still can’t kick up to the wall and/or understand the alignment.
