Someone can bleed to death in 3 to 5 minutes, this class will teach you life saving techniques to use while waiting for help to arrive.About this Event
This class is designed to teach the average person with no medical background what they can do to save a life during a bleeding emergency. You will learn about safety, how to identify life threatening bleeding and the three methods (pressure, packing, tourniquets) to control bleeding while waiting for first responders to arrive. Everyone has the opportunity to train with packing and tourniquets in the class.
