Il seminario Hands On ti darà un'idea della formazione per diventare un professionista del Metodo Grinberg. In un workshop di 2 giorni alterneremo lezioni, dimostrazioni, esercizi e pratica, così da poter toccare con mano il potere trasformativo del lavoro con il corpo.

The Grinberg Method is a body based approach for dealing with chronic pain, emotional blocks and traumas. Created by Avi Grinberg, it is a structured modality to teach people how to shift into body attention, tapping into the unique individual power to overcome personal limitations in one’s life.

The Hands On seminar will give you a glimpse into the training to become a Grinberg Method practitioner. In a 2 days workshop we will alternate lectures, demonstrations, training and practice, so that you can try hands on the transformative power of the body working,
