Welcome to the Hands-on Sealed Systems and Lokring event! Join us at Encompass University, Lawrenceville, GA Location for an interactive Course. You'll learn all about Refrigeration, Sealed System repair using R600 and Lokring Connections. Will start with small commercial freezer and then advance to multiple evaporator and precision residential refrigerator operation repair.
Day One:
R600 Basic Sealed Systems, Condenser Efficiencies, Evaporator Efficiencies, Refrigerant Efficiencies
Fans vs. blowersAir flow vs. Refrigerant adjustment
Pressure vs. Temperature control
Day Two:
Manifold GaugesDigital vs. Analog
Sweep charges vs. Purge and vacuum/weigh-in Charge.
Pressure testing vs. Vacuum testing
Brazing vs. Lokring, flare, push connector
Leak detection - bubbles, die, and sniffer
Hands-on sealed systems equipment will be used every day. The order may change for the flow of topics.
