Hands on Towards a Circular Economy

The course will enable participants to create their own individual hands on strategy towards succeeding in a circular economy. We will embark by reflecting today’s supply chain paradigm and how sustainability is usually integrated, pointing to several key flaws in today’s dominating approaches, and why today’s investments into sustainability in supply chains failed in realizing the aspired impact. We will discover the opportunities offered by a value chain perspective, and by re-defining value. We will discuss key elements of a circular economy, and link those to the value chain perspective.
Through interactive lectures, hands-on simulations and engaging group exercises, participants will familiarize with concepts, tools and approaches that enable them to get going.
